Fishing Report 10 July 2007

Glenmore Trail - 22X
Been seeing the stoneflies laying on the rocks by shore so picked out a couple to match size and color.
And what do you know.... they worked. Had a few hook ups but I had down sized my leaders so the
first two big fish that hit and ran resulted in break offs and the loss of the stoneflies. Tried a couple of
the same flies in a smaller pattern but the fish wouldn't take them. Streamers and a hare's ear nymph
resulted in a couple of smaller fish. No rising activity, a hatch of millers amongst the trees. Water clarity
was 2-3 foot the river still running full. The water sparkled and made for sun filled relaxing day.

On the river 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.
